We believe that our Heavenly Father so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,Jesus Christ.
John 3:16 16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. NKJV
We also believe that through this sacrifice, those who choose to believe have been given a sacred Gift of God's Grace.
Rom 5:15 15
But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man's offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. NKJV
This Gift of Grace can not be earned or received in any other way but through believing and trusting in Jesus Christ.
Rom 4:2-4
2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." 4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.
The Holy Spirit resides in us and is only able to because of our sealed spirit which protects our spirit until the day of redemption. We are eternally saved.
Eph 1:13-14
in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
We believe in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit which are not for today but at the Holy Spirit's decision anything the Spirit chooses will be done.
These Gifts of the Spirit can not be produced or manufactured by man.
1 Cor 12:11
But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
We believe that the 10 commandments are not for the Believer because we are not able to perform the whole law. We are under His Grace and trust in the two love commandments which reside in our hearts.
Matt 22:37-4037
Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."
As we live by God's Grace and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us, our hearts will change and in turn reflect God's love through us.
